Curtis A. Best — EEI, Inc.

Curtis A. Best, age 48, is President of Energy Exploration International, Inc. Mr. Best has over 20 years of management experience both nationally and internationally. Over many years he has forged professional relationships with successful oil and gas operating personnel and consultants in order to achieve EEI Inc‘s objective of providing successful ventures for accredited prospective investors. This includes ongoing relationships with consulting geologists, geophysicists and engineers. EEI also engages several contract field personnel. Mr. Best has the responsibility for overall operations, long-range planning, targeting potential acquisitions and helping structure performance economics for its exploration and developmental programs.

Robert Hucklebridge — EEI Operating Inc.

Robert H. Hucklebridge, age 57, President of EEI Operating Inc. will be responsible for the daily operations of the company’s oil and gas projects. His experience includes 30 years of business management combined with 6 years of field experience in the oil and gas industry. His experience includes oil and gas operations, development, exploration, flowing, pumping and pipeline operations in south-central Oklahoma and south Texas. His exploratory work has led to two new field discoveries, one in oil and the other gas which are registered with the State of Texas Railroad Commission. His knowledge of operating over 40 oil and gas wells has given him the ability to identify and concentrate on the specific areas which are necessary for efficient and successful operations.
