Why invest with EEI?

At EEI our mission is to seek out and purchase undervalued oil and gas properties with workover, completion, and/or developmental drilling projects that also have 3D seismic for low-risk/high return potential drilling prospects. We offer investment programs designed to provide long-term income with a limited number of partners. In addition, EEI takes a working interest position in every drilling program. At EEI investors share the majority of working interest in each project.

EEI is continually engaged in the evaluation and pursuit of lease acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Each project must maintain low operating expenses, have future development potential and low reserve risk which meets a well-defined EEI return, payout, and cash flow guidelines. We do this to better control the exploration of identifiable proven reserves through means such as improvements in operations, development drilling, re-completions of existing wells, and controlling the cost of field operations.

Concentrating on selected areas chosen for proven production histories, the professionals at EEI aren’t just looking for investment capital. Rather, our goal is to work together with our partners as a family to build a long-term mutually beneficial relationship in which we will continue to expand for years to come.
