Cypress #1 Project

New Project: Funding

The Cypress #1, in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, will be drilled in the Parks North Prospect area and targets the Hackberry Sands. The prospect is supported by excellent 3D seismic analysis and has high daily flow and reserve potential.

The Dorsogna #1 in the East Bishop Prospect is located approximately 1000'south and 12500' west of its discovery well, the PetroQuest Harlan No. 1 Well. The EEI PetroQuest Harlan No. 2, will be drilled to a total depth of approximately 7,700'.

The Elliott #1 in the East Bishop Prospect is an updip offset to an existing well with up to 7 potentially productive sands. The EEI PetroQuest Elliott No. 1, will be drilled to a total depth of approximately 8,500'.

The Ritchie Farms #2, in San Patricio County, Texas, is an offset to the Ritchie Farms #1 well (new field discovery) with up to 6 potential pay zones. The EEI MPG Ritchie Farms #2, will be drilled to a total depth of approximately 9,700'.

The Sklar #1 (Klimitchek #3 & 2A) is in South Central Lavaca County, Texas southwest Houston. The target Miocene sands are channel deposits formed by tributary systems that drained into the ancestral Gulf of Mexico.

The Sanchez-Lawson (Lawson #1 West) is in Atascosa County, Texas apprximately 20 miles southwest of San Antonio. The target serpentine mounds were formed by phreatomagnetic eruptions.
